AGE
I'm under 18, will you still work with me?
You must be +18 yrs of age or older to purchase from me
PRIVACY STATEMENT
All private information such as name and address will not be stored or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your product
PAYMENT
How do I pay you?
I only accept Paypal at the moment, you will receive an invoice for each transaction under USD
Do you take payment plans?
Yes! I have two options if you wish to make payments instead. Both plans require a non-refundable deposit as this is used for materials to start your commission
Plan A: 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining 50% of your quote price paid within 90 days or less. Failure to pay within 90 days will result in termination of your commission
Plan B: 30% non-refundable deposit with the remaining 70% of your quote price paid within 60 days or less. Failure to pay within 60 days will result in termination of your commission
Remaining balance of your plan after deposit can be paid at your leisure, as long as it is within the timeframe of your specific plan. An invoice for each installation will be send for your records as well as my own
SHIPPING
Can you do international shipping?
Yes i can! Contact me for an estimate
Is shipping free? Or is it a separate cost?
Your quote price only includes the product itself, shipping cost are separate but not required to pay until the completion of your commission
Which shipping company will you ship through?
I use USPS + tracking but if you prefer a different company to ship through, I can accommodate
Can I pay extra for 2 day or 1 day shipping?
Of course! Be aware, once the product item has been sent out, i will have no control of when your package will actually arrive. If you still wish to expedite regardless of this, just inform me once your commission is finished
REPAIRS & WARRENTY
What does your warranty cover?
damages from shipping, holes or popped seams, incorrect size, or areas where adhesive failed will be covered for free repairs as long as the product hasn't been tampered/altered
How long is the warranty?
Your warranty starts 30 days from when you receive your product in the mail
What happens if the warranty ends and I need repairs?
After the 30 day warranty, I can give an estimate cost for your repairs. Commissioner will be responsible for shipping and return shipping cost
CUSTOMER SATISFACITION
I send multiple WIP images throughout your commission progress. If you see something you are unhappy about, PLEASE BRING IT TO MY ATTENTION while in the early stages of your commission. This will make it easier for me to change and fix the issue. Once your commission is finished, no new changes can be made
REFUNDS
Can any payments past my non-refundable deposit be refunded?
If a commission has to be cancelled during construction, only up to 70% of the commission total can be refunded. The final amount depends on how much work has already been done
I received my product in the mail but I'm not satisfied with it, can I still get a refund?
Once your commission is completed, refunds will not be available as WIP images have been sent over the course of your commission for approval. This is why it is important bring up any issues you see during your commission

TIME
currently my commissions do not take more than 3 days to complete, if whatever reason there will be any delays, you will be notified thru Twitter DM
WIPS
You will always receive a sketch as confirmation before i go thru with line work, color, shading etc
If you haven't received a sketch from me, that means I haven't started your commission just yet
If you are unsatisfied at the sketch stage, this is where you can request changes, tweaks or a complete redo of your commission
If I'm asked to make line changes past the sketch stage, there will be a fee applied depending on how complicated the change
USAGE
I reserve all rights to my artwork. Do not claim my work as your own
You are free to repost my art WITH credit, this can be either by including my username and/or a link back
If you wish to make prints, merchandise, etc with your commissioned piece, you may do so for PERSONAL use only
PAYMENT
I only take Paypal (USD)
Payment is collected before i start on any commissions
You will receive an invoice for your records as well as mine
Payment plan is available for commissions over $100+
REFUND POLICY
If a sketch has already been made, you will receive 50% of your money back
(only if the sketch has been shown to you before you request a refund)
Otherwise I can provide refunds within 48hrs

I do both SFW & NSFW art with the exception of: underage, heavy gore, watersports, feces, zoo, racist, transphobic & homophobic in nature
